Refund Policy

Our Commitment

At Ebad Manufacturer, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our process.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
  • The item must not be listed under Non-Returnable Items (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items that have been used, assembled, or installed
  • Custom-made or personalized orders
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you within 3 business days. If approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit

If the return is rejected due to not meeting our conditions, we will contact you and return the item at your expense.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, the item must meet the return eligibility conditions above. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product): we cover the return shipping cost
  • If the return is due to a change of mind: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Order Cancellations

  • Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement will receive a full refund
  • Orders cancelled after 24 hours but before shipment may be subject to a processing fee
  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled — the return process must be followed instead
